A suitable kitchen
A suitable home kitchen is required. We will confirm kitchen suitability and location before scheduling, and let you know if any travel charges apply.
Designated dates
Tastings are offered on designated dates and are subject to availability. Payment is required before your appointment is confirmed.
A credit toward your wedding
When you book your wedding with Sagra, a credit from your tasting applies toward your wedding balance. Already-booked couples receive the same credit when purchasing a tasting.
A note about your date: A tasting does not reserve your wedding date. Your date is secured with a signed wedding contract.

A few details.
Can we taste before booking?
Yes. Couples may arrange a tasting before choosing their wedding menu and booking with Sagra.
Can couples who have already booked arrange a tasting?
Yes. Reply to your existing Sagra email and we can add the tasting request to your current wedding file, keeping everything together.
Can parents or other guests attend?
Yes. Additional guests may attend, up to six people total. Additional guest details are confirmed when arranging your tasting.
Does the tasting secure our wedding date?
No. A tasting does not reserve the date. A signed wedding contract is required to secure it.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Please discuss dietary requirements with us in advance. Suitability and any substitutions must be confirmed by our team. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Is this a full private dinner?
No. It is a guided wedding-menu tasting served in tasting portions, designed to help you explore the menu rather than replace a full dinner.
